Description
The tour Art Ex Machina describes the transformation of post WW II Zagreb in the modernist city, Yugoslavian cultural hub and the regional centre of avant-garde art and one of the centres of early computer art. All that happened thanks to the curators from Gradska galerija suvremene umjetnosti, then City gallery of contemporary art and today’s Museum of contemporary art. The time-travel to Zagreb in ‘60s and ‘70s starts in the upper town, and ends in the Museum of Contemporary Art in the new part of the city
