The Rakičan manor, which lies on the edge of a beautifully preserved English park in the Rakičan settlement near Murska Sobota, is a true treasure for lovers of mansions and magnificent horses. The Equestrian Center also operates in the manor, which was first mentioned in 1431 and about which the locals will tell you many stories. The former fort, which defended the nobles against Turkish invasions, was converted into a country mansion, which today also houses the Research and Education Centre Mansion Rakičan with rich content.
